This month has been a very interesting one for me and my pets. It started with Shadow, one of my cats who needed vet care after a cat fight. Then the dogs annual immunisation resulted in the news that Muttley had an ear infection and dental issues. Three weeks later his ears are clearing up just in time for me to take him to Sydney to see an eye specialist. He's 10 and has some eyes conditions that make life very painful for him, I am hopeful that our trip to Sydney will result in surgery to reduce the irritation on Mutts eyes which will in turn improve his quality of life. I have to admit I am very worried. I want to do what's best for him and I can only hope that this trip will be a success. I'll keep you posted.

Good news, bad news
